D H I had the incredible privilege of having my high school friend Ashleigh—someone I graduated with back in 2003—restore my grandmother’s wedding rings. These pieces have immense sentimental value, and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with something so precious. Ashleigh’s work was absolutely stunning. She didn’t just restore the rings—she brought them back to life with care, precision, and artistry. On top of that, she helped create a custom ring for my daughter using my grandmother’s wedding band, incorporating my daughter’s birthstone into the design. The result was breathtaking. Joan Ford The prongs holding the diamond on my engagement ring were bent and I was afraid of losing the stone. Robin greeted us warmly and asked how she can help. I told her that the prongs werent aligned properly to hold the diamond securely. She had someone fix it for us right away, and for free.

Charles Housner Second time for a jewelry repair. Todd handles jewelry repair and Dinah and staff work with the customers. Todds work is superior; and, Dinah and her staff are cordial and customer centric. This jeweler provides good value and good customer service. I recommend them. 9/27/16 I continue to patronize this shop for repairs and service. They are top notch...easy to work with, their prices are fair, and they provide excellent value. You can trust them with you most valuable jewelry. I highly recommend them.

I would guess half of these bad reviews I seen on here 100% faults by my experiences dealing here over eight years. People go out of the Ray to write bad things, but don’t go out of your way to gift credit and this lady deserves her credit. If Santa shops here, so should you!!
