Luanne Hemann Wesley The staff is amazing. This jeweler replaces watch batteries fast and are very reasonable in repairing jewelry. They communicate well when your repair or purchase is ready. These are “2” items they fixed the bands on and replaced the batteries.

Fallon Rios H&Q is such a wonderful jeweler, whether you’re buying something new or restoring something sentimental, they truly go above and beyond. This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new.
