Autumn Reid Stopped in looking for a small pair of diamond earrings for my bday. Had already been to several other places, and the prices at the other jewelry stores were ridiculous!! Luxor had the perfect pair of 1/2 carat diamond cluster earrings and they had EXCELLENT pricing!! Bought them on the spot. The gentleman helping me was polite, patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Will def be my go to jewelry store from now on!!

ALICIA DECKER I am so happy with the service I received from this family owned business! I came here from recommendations from the local Facebook groups and am so glad I did! I needed my platinum wedding rings resized and did not want to leave them with just anyone. They helped me immediately, sized my finger, told me the exact process to make the bands larger, and gave me the approximate price for the job. Even better, they gave me a 7-10 day turnaround. Well, in just 7 days flat (and on my birthday to boot), they had my rings ready and looking like they did over 20 years ago! The price was exactly as quoted and was reasonable for the job, especially since they had to add platinum to all 3 rings. Will definitely be back for all my jewelry and watch needs!

Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

Angelica Irwin Go see AK for all your jewelry needs — the service here is unmatched! My husband and I had custom open-face grillz made, and AK was incredible throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service! We’ll definitely be returning for all our future jewelry needs.

Key West Ted We searched the island for the best jewelry store with the best selection and are so glad we ended up at Bliss Jewelers. We decided to purchase an anniversary gift for each other and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, Manoj and his team made us feel welcome and completely at ease. The environment was relaxed and stress-free. We were encouraged to try on as many items as we liked, and never once felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. At one point, they even offered us a drink, which made the experience feel that much more personal and enjoyable.
