TK Adam I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++

But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches. They had some of the best pricing I had seen around and I left the store still not purchasing. Well, I got to my car and I just felt good about the whole interaction so I went back and purchased the watch! Kahn and his mother were so nice and so excited for me. Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
