Once she understood what I was looking for she got everything together and I walked out in under an hour with a beautiful new customized piece and a piece I already owned was repaired and cleaned!!! I’m amazed at the great customer service and that I didn’t have to wait weeks. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 John Cantwell: These crooks swapped my wife’s .87ct VVS1 radiant cut diamond for a .91ct SI2 radiant cut diamond after destroying the platinum setting and presumably the diamond in the process. Her mom spent *years* mad at them about this and always claimed they “put a flaw” in the diamond. I always said it was more likely they swapped it for one of lesser quality. Recently while going through our loose stones, I put this diamond on the scale and it weighed .91ct where the original wax and parchment paper packaging from Antwerp shows that the stone should weigh .87ct. For those unfamiliar with diamonds, a difference of .04ct is a matter of a few dollars, but difference of 4 clarity grades is a matter of thousands. Run, don’t walk away from these con artists.
