Very welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend talking to her about any jewelry questions you might have. She even helped me get a replacement for an opal on another ring that had some issues. Autumn 10/10 recommend! My experience with Lisa was great. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and super quick but thorough. I got a necklace and an anklet and both came out perfect! Rob Ferguson Ive taken several pieces here for repair. Theyre awesome. Had a bracelet fixed once and when I got it back it looked so good I thought he gave me a new one. Had the bell on my dragon charm fixed today and its totally unnoticeable. Charged like 10 bucks to solder and better than new.

I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge.
