I choose time and time again to shop and order online from Soulshine. They give the best customer service and clothing for cost price that I’ve found. I recommend Soulshine and their social media pages to anyone I meet!

1 /5 Roxanna Pizarro Anderson: My soul did not shine at SoulShine. Buyer Beware: I purchased an item not realizing it was the wrong size. They do not post that they only do a store credit/exchange that I was made aware of when making the purchase. Sales person stated that it is posted by the dressing room. I was taken by surprise. I offered suggestion to post it by cash register. I did not see it as I was not in dressing room area. Am I upset? Absolutely. Spoke to the owner and suggested it. The owner stated that they have been taken advantage of so that is why they have a store credit or exchange only. I let her know that I was not interested in a store credit since I do not like her deceptive business practices. I will not purchase from any of her stores in town. Will be seeing what other option have other than posting this review. Maybe she will opt to post the policy by cash register??

Sherri is incredibly sweet and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can walk in those doors, and walk out with a *complete* new you! The vibe is so inviting, and the clothing selection is thoughtfully curated—tons of cute, stylish pieces at fair prices. You can really tell the owner puts care into what’s on the racks. It’s the kind of place you want to take your time in and come back to often. A true gem in Monticello.
