1 /5 jessica Stears: I experienced something that I didn’t think I would and honestly I have no words. Ive came here before and didnt have issues but due to personal financial reasons i decided i wanted to sell my desktop and my watch because i just simply dont use them and needed the money for bills. I have an iPad and a MacBook that i actually do use so these I was fine with selling. But the lady accused me that I had stolen items when I have plenty of proof as well to show it’s mine she said “where did you steal this from” all because of the amount i asked for when originally they offered me less the first time I went . I’ve never stole in my life and to be accused of that and her attitude was unfair to me. I don’t write reviews normally but this was a horrible experience that left me very upset. She had orange hair and worked in the front , do better

It’s a place that doesn’t align with American values of service and respect.” “Extremely Unprofessional Behavior – Avoid at All Costs!” I recently had a very disappointing experience with Madison Avenue Pawn in Daytona Beach, FL. After trying to engage with them professionally, I received an incredibly disrespectful response, which included a rude gesture directed at me (as seen in the attached image). This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and absolutely unacceptable for any business. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, they chose to respond with hostility and blatant disregard for customer service. It’s clear that they have no interest in helping or treating customers with respect. If you’re looking for a pawn shop that values its customers, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This shop does not reflect American values of respect and courtesy. Save your time and avoid the headache – Madison Avenue Pawn is not worth it.

5 /5 Tony: I have been doing business with this pawn shop for almost 10 years now, this is hands down!! the BEST!! pawn shop in the city of Daytona Beach and surrounding areas ,staff is always very professional, (they know me as Steve) Ive never known another pawn shop to treat its customers with the level of courtesy as this one not to mention... Their merchandise is NOT! non working junk like most of the other local competitors KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK GUYS!!
