1 /5 Kimberly Lawlis: Seems like every time I come into this store I can never get help. I was in for 30 minutes with an arm full of things wanting to try on and no one to help. I eventually just put everything back. Not worth spending my money!

5 /5 Bibiana Diaz: Ive been here a handful of times and every visit the service is unmatched. From the moment I walk into the store, the warm greeting, assistance, suggestions and overall shopping experience is top tier. Yesterday I was super indecisive about which heels to purchase with my dress and the associate was very helpful, offering her genuine opinion and patience. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. I came in today and Tia took care of me. Shes amazing! Her energy and enthusiasm is awesome. Definitely coming back, they make it so easy to feel welcomed :)

1 /5 Nolez Bby: Drove to this location frm Destin to get a dress and after getting home realize they didnt take the security tag off so we had to drive almost 1 1/2 hrs back the next day for them to take it off. They were apologetic but it was a major inconvenience. Also while there shopping for the dress Zandria was so rude, so if you go I recommend anyone else to help, also make sure security tag is taken off. They did say multiple people had come back for the same reason. This was our 4th dress purchase and our 1st purchase at the store- DO BETTER!

1 /5 C J: We came in at 7:30 pm and the first thing the 2 girls tell us is they close in 2 minutes. Even though the whole mall closes at 8, I honestly should put a complaint to the mall
