5 /5 Brett Harrow: I bought a used gold watch with the prior owners initials and a gold band that was too large for me, but didnt use links (required cutting). The Palm Beach seller recommended JC Martin. They cut and welded the band and changed the initials to mine and did a fantastic job. No wonder stores in Palm Beach are recommending them. Top quality NYC jewelry district level workmanship.

Ever have your jewelry repaired at Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s or David Yurman? THIS is the jeweler who does the work. His work is exquisite! I don’t care where you live, take the drive, you won’t be sorry! I don’t care what you give him, you won’t be sorry! He does perfect work, the staff is wonderful (family owned) and his store has some great pieces, something for everyone…or he can make you something! He’s Amazing!!

3 /5 Matthew Wash: Honestly poor experience here with two watches that both worked worse after getting them back. The first is a vintage chronograph I had serviced. Upon getting it back the stopwatch function no longer runs smoothly, the chrono seconds hand is jumpy and sticky where it ran smooth before. The second was a vintage Cartier that they regulated because it was running 1m per day fast. After getting it back it was running several minutes per day slow and now we are just sending it back to Cartier. And their watch service prices are not cheap… disappointed and could not recommend
