1 /5 Ronnie Ogline: In the past he was great but that all changed today. My wife drove over 45 minutes, closed his shop over 90 minutes early and he knew she was coming. Could hear him inside, tried calling, etc. We wont be using or referring anyone again.

I have made multiple purchase with Jim to include a custom made wedding set for my wife and my custom wedding band. Many hours and multiple revisions to the setting were made and Jim was VERY accomadating and made it happen. He match my wifes existing family diamonds and flawlessly incorporating them into her new engagement ring. Most impressive is the continued service and personal communications. Over a year after purchase, Jim just polished her set for our family vaction. You can not find this kind of customer service anywhere else. I recommend Jim to anyone who needs personalized attention and super pricing. I have also purchased earings and a tennis braclet from Jim and my wife gets the "wow" comments everywhere she goes. This is a honest person who cares about your wants and strive to make them a reality.

5 /5 Carmen Turner: I cannot rave enough about this place and the service I received. Jim was fantastic. So professional and so great at what he does. I needed my engagement ring resized substantially. It is an old family heirloom and the extremely thin band had already been expanded before. I needed to have the platinum shank replaced completely, which he gave me an excellent price for. Some of the diamonds fell out during the process and he took the time to meticulously place them back in securely and make sure that none of the others were going to fall out as well. Wow. When I tell you it is like night and day. My ring looks absolutely incredible and fits perfectly. I am so happy.
