Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. Lesly M My engagement ring wasn’t purchased here, but I had it resized and purchased our wedding bands from Ackerman. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted and asked “what brings you in today!?”. Richard is so great to work with. He takes his time showing you different options and gives his genuine and educated opinion. Kylie also helped me with resizing my ring and was nice to work with. I’ll be back for my anniversary diamond earrings.

Bryan What an amazing experience !! from the moment i walked in a i was greeted by Sabrina who was very kind and welcoming. Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care! I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to come here and ask for Allison! Thank you so much and most def see you soon!!
