McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

James Hamblin I cannot say enough about this wonderful business. Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! Kristy My husband I werent looking to buy a ring or upgrade my current one. As a joke I wanted to stop in and see their clearance jewelry because I love a good sale. The sales associate Ileane was so great! She showed us ring styles that I liked but my husband had one picked out quickly. I was stubborn and needed to see multiple ones before going back to my husbands original choice. No pressure from the staff as we left the store then came back 15 minutes later after discussing it. I cant thank Ileane enough for the no pressure and hassle free environment and for making the upgrade to my wedding ring so easy.
