1 /5 Sandra Lundie: Had diamond rings repaired here. Within two years claws were broken and diamond fell out of a one carat diamond ring which was re tipped at same time. Luckily my son spotted diamond in the sink. I would not recommend this jewellers as have had to pay again to have diamond reset and claws checked on other ring which was repaired. No guarantee and costly. I do not have confidence in repairs carried out here.

5 /5 McKinley Charlton: After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

5 /5 Erin Evans: I have a Pandora bracelet and unfortunately one of my murano beads was stuck on the bracelet. After contacting Pandora, they stated they may have to cut my bracelet. I reached out to Plantation Jewelers and the owner Alex, said to bring it by, which was at 5:15 pm on a Friday. He was able to remove the bead and also cleaned my bracelets and charms, in a matter of minutes. Always impeccable, friendly service. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. Make sure to stop by for all of your jewelry needs. Located in beautiful, downtown Winter Garden on Plant St. Their store is beautiful, as well.

3 /5 Jordan Lewis: I went to Plantation Jewelers to fix an old bracelet of mine that I had been told previously (by other jewelers) was unfixable. While they did fix the issue with the inner mechanisms, the outside portion of the bracelet seemed to be done messily (lumpy looking when compared to the untouched side). This repair took them nearly a month to complete when the initial timeline looked like about a week. While I think Plantation Jewelers is good for a complicated fix like this, I think I will stick to the Jewelry Connection down the road for great quality and even better prices. (An additional example being that PJ were going to charge me $45 to test a necklace for its gold content, while Tracy at JC did it for free.)

1 /5 Kathleen Kelly: I have heard good things about the quality of work, but unfortunately the work is overshadowed by the terrible up front customer service. Having waited more than 20 minutes, we were outright ignored by the sales women, who walked by us multiple times, that was to give us a simple quote to have a ring resized. We will find a jeweler that wants our business.
