Barbara Urban Shopping and buying here was the best experience ever! Laura is amazing. My husband wanted to purchase an eternity ring for my birthday. We spent an hour with Laura trying all the styles and discussing. I settled on a ring that was sent to me. She told me if I wasnt happy I could exchange. She was right - I didnt love it. Back we went to meet with Laura again. She is so patient and has so much knowledge. We adjusted the carat size and bought a stacking emerald cut too! There was credits and all sorts of admin to take care of and Laura was thorough that afteroon. I love both of my rings. They are very special. After speaking with Laura, she told me she could have this made in a week or so I was impressed !! A week later I picked up my chain at a FedEx location and was blown away by how heavy and beautiful it is, words can’t describe how amazing this chain feels around my neck !!
