James Ackert I have used these folks to size an Omega watch bracelet and polish a nice Tissot watch with an 18k gold bezel. He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service! Jennifer Russo I walked in looking for the seashell ring and was disappointed that they sold out even online but Maria at this store found me one and i was so happy and thanked her a million times. She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well.
