A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

Andy Bought a gold Miami Cuban chain from them, the price was really competitive. Couldn’t find anyone matching the price they were offering for the weight, also really friendly people working there, makes you want to be a returning customer. Kathleen Watson After buying a few diamond pieces at auction, I began a search for a local gemologist who could confirm the jewelry was what it claimed to be. I chose John Shulla based on his business reviews, and I’m so glad I did. He is professional, personable, and very good at what he does. Everything he told me regarding my jewelry was right in line with what the seller said. He, also, gave me some excellent recommendations when I mentioned wanting to have some pieces reset, and he thoroughly explained the pro and cons of the people he was recommending & the process of what I wanted done. I highly recommend Mr. Shulla for all of your appraisal needs.

Rita I Such a great experience getting our first permanent bracelets at Summie! It’s located in a business office inside this salon suite located next to Tacos & tequila. We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it’s a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

Mike Bussell I brought my wifes necklace in because the clasp had broken. Mike at Ottos Jewelry had it fixed in no time. (I fortunately was there when no other customers were in) The professionalism, welcoming spirit, and kindness shown by the shop owners is second to none. You can tell that the craftsmanship, pride, knowledge, and experience that Ottos is is a class leader in their field.

Katherine Shade 5 stars isnt enough! The best jeweler in town and maybe the world! They are honest and the kindest people Ive ever met. They never take advantage of people, like some other stores. I was ready to give up on fine jewelry and jewelry stores before I met them. Im beyond glad that I took a chance and stopped in.

Felicia Stansbury We had a girls night out and The Zap Bar was our first stop. Dylan was so sweet and very informative with the jewelry pieces. The atmosphere was a vibe in itself. I was surprised how quick the process was. A group of 6 and we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. We all left with a cute new piece. Definitely recommend to make this a stop on your next girls outing or day date.
