She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. Craig Barber I had 5 rings made for a Marine Corps reunion, mine came in just a bit too tight. I found this store by accident, and have to say the staff, and the jeweler, are top notch. They took the time to get a proper size, and assured me it could be done quickly. I asked if it could be done faster than that, bottom line- they had my ring for less than 12 hrs and 8 of those were because the store was closed…. The ring fits perfectly, and they will take care of my brothers just as fast should their rings not fit right either. Thank You Stars Jewelers, and Jamal for the immediate work.

Sierra Hadik HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.
