We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Lauren Ashley I had such a good experience today! I’m not sure what girls were working but they both were young and had light eyes. I brought in my 5 month old son and they were just so sweet and attentive. I was going in for NOTHING and left with 3 things haha. As a former small boutique owner, they were golden. Sad to see such bad reviews as I know how damaging that can be to businesses. Anyways, loved my experience + such a gorgeous store! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve picked up permanent bracelets from other places before, but this experience really stood out. Midian, the owner/operator, is so kind and personable — she made the whole process fun and easy. Luanne Hemann Wesley The staff is amazing. This jeweler replaces watch batteries fast and are very reasonable in repairing jewelry. They communicate well when your repair or purchase is ready. These are “2” items they fixed the bands on and replaced the batteries.
