2 /5 Lurna Jones: Took my late husband’s Rolex in for service. Got it back and put it on the winder. Months later I looked and the hand had fallen off. Took it back and I was told, we don’t really like to work on that type of watch. When I took it there the first time there was nothing wrong with the hands. Truly sad. USED to be a great place to go.

5 /5 Stacy: Outstanding service and repair craftsmanship. I brought in an 80s sapphire engagement ring that was missing a diamond in the halo and had a broken prong on the sapphire. To avoid heating the stone, they repaired the prong via laser, replaced the diamond, and polished it up beautifully. The ring looks brand new again, and I am thrilled to be wearing it without as much worry! The before and after is absolutely amazing!

5 /5 Jessica M: I just got engaged and sadly my ring was damaged from the original seller to tighten my stone shortly after the proposal. They literally just pliered and shaved the crown of the ring, scraping the setting and chipping the stone. I was not going to take it back so I found culpepper Jewelers and they amazed me. They recommended a more secure head to protect the stone as the original was irreparable at this point. I was so scared but Shannon, the owner, was so sweet and took good care of it for me. Armando fixed it and buffed it to perfection. Its just like it looked before. Even better now that its more secure. Im so thankful I found you all. I cant stop looking at it. 5 /5 Luanne Hemann Wesley: The staff is amazing. This jeweler replaces watch batteries fast and are very reasonable in repairing jewelry. They communicate well when your repair or purchase is ready. These are “2” items they fixed the bands on and replaced the batteries.
