1 /5 Rafael Medina: I have been coming to this location since it opened. There have been some hiccups along the way, however this one has a huge buyer beware and never to return all over it.
I most likely spend more than $500 to $1000 at each visit. My last visit I was returning something purchased on line and repurchasing a different size along with 5 or 6 additional items. At the last minute I spotted a pair of linen shorts to finish my purchase. No mention that those were on sale, all sales are final or anything that would have given me pause to go try them on. Holidays pass and I tried them on and they fit but not appropriately. So I go in to explain and exchange or return. Nope, I am met with there is nothing to do, can’t assist you. Sorry no one told you. End of discussion. Thousands of dollars and years of frequenting this location. Buyer beware!! They are not a true LP store, you would not be treated so rudely.
