Marla Ottenstein A friend of a friend, of a friend told me about H.M. Rose Jewelry (formally Kristoff Jewelers). From the moment I met Michael, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem (excuse the pun). Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. Christopher Michie My wifes engagement ring had a couple of prongs on the diamond that were broken, prompting her to quit wearing it. I took it to a jewler close to where we live to get it fixed, and when we got it back, it honestly looked like I could have done better myself. I found goldsmith after a little searching, and although its a bit of a drive, I decided to give it a try to fix the ring correctly. I am so glad I did. What an incredible difference. The ring looks as good as the day I bought it some 34 years ago. Not only was the setting fixed correctly, but the ring was cleaned and polished to look brand new. I would not hesitate to have anything done here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and does great work. Ill admit it was a little more expensive than the first one who tried, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. For the quality of work done, the price was very reasonable to save and restore my wifes ring. It now happily resides on her finger again, and she is thrilled.

They were very responsive and helpful in what I was looking for. They are all amazing and tell everyone to go there. I don’t live in Miami and they still made it easy for me to shop over the phone and online!!
