Zales - Altamonte Springs
Chris Graybosch Went to the Altamonte store to get warranty work for my wedding band. A diamond fell out and I hadn’t been back to the store in many years. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.

Lisa from start to finish worked closely with my boyfriend perfecting every detail. The jeweler Dave brought the imagination to life. We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond helping to make that forever moment truly unique. We highly recommend to everyone for all your jewelry needs, special occasions or custom pieces. This is now our one and only trustworthy jeweler. The store is clean, inviting and can’t beat the prices!

Christopher Allison Amazing store and what makes if that is the service, the amount of care that is put into your accommodation and second to none jewelry repair. I would guess half of these bad reviews I seen on here 100% faults by my experiences dealing here over eight years. People go out of the Ray to write bad things, but don’t go out of your way to gift credit and this lady deserves her credit. If Santa shops here, so should you!!

Clover Jones I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience at this place was. David, Adams, and Andrew truly impressed me with their professionalism and integrity. They were straightforward and worked within my budget. At first, I put my ring on layaway and considered taking it off for a cheaper option. When David asked me why, I explained that my brother had passed away from cancer and I needed to help with funeral expenses. He then asked if this was my first time getting married, and after I said yes, he insisted that I keep the ring and offered to take more off the price so I could afford it. I will definitely recommend this place; it has a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Morgan Porterfield Excellent customer sevice! I got engaged in another state and with little time left in Key West in needed to have it resized. I walked in and Rishi greeted me with a smile at the front desk and ensured me it could be done by the end of the next day! It was ready as promised, done perfectly and for a great deal.
