Took in two watches for repair (one for battery replacement, the other for link removal from band) and both were done on the spot and completed in less than 20 minutes. MBE I had such a great experience upgrading my wedding set at this location!! I mainly worked with Ellanita but everyone at this location is so kind and helpful. I had originally picked out an oval solitaire but once it came in I changed my mind and wanted a cushion cut. Ellanita was so sweet and patient with me during every visit which I really appreciated because I was so indecisive. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous diamond, setting and band. Highly recommend this location!!

He takes the time to better understand your needs and is able to provide you high quality jewelry at a great price. He appraised all my jewelry when I moved down for insurance purposes. I have worked with him on my insurance claim as I lost a pair of earrings. He made the process seamless as possible! Love my new pair! Lin Wolf Lovo This is an excellent estate jewelry store. They have beautiful diamonds and other stones. The customer service is always exceptional. I have never had an issue with any product I have gotten. I have beautiful earrings and a ring. I highly recommend them!
