Autumn 10/10 recommend! My experience with Lisa was great. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and super quick but thorough. I got a necklace and an anklet and both came out perfect! McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

Jeff moser Dan did an amazing job taking a mold of my vision turning my dads old gold ring into platinum. I dont wear gold and the diamond was from my great grandmothers engagement ring in the early turn of the 20th century that he had converted in the 80s. It sat in a jewelry box for almost 25 years since my Dads passing. Couldnt be happier with the outcome, now I can actually wear it.

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.
