Joan Ford The prongs holding the diamond on my engagement ring were bent and I was afraid of losing the stone. Robin greeted us warmly and asked how she can help. I told her that the prongs werent aligned properly to hold the diamond securely. She had someone fix it for us right away, and for free.

Windsong Brian was very helpful, patient and kind. He really took his time explaining things to me and I so appreciate that--knowing how busy he is. He also has a lot of integrity, which is rare today. I will definitely be back and have no reservations about recommending him to others.

Chara Dremmur I took a bracelet there that my mother had given me when she passed away, she had tiny wrist and there was no way it was going to fit me. Theyre Jeweler designed a way for me to wear my moms bracelet and Im so very happy. Theyre very good theyre very honest and I will do business with them many times over. Andrew Williams Noel provided excellent service sizing and setting the time on my Hamilton Khaki Aviation Automatic. Additionally, he filled out the registration card which was not done when the watch was purchased from Reed’s online. He also let me try on a number of other Hamilton and Longines watches and was extremely friendly and patient. Highly recommend Reed’s jewelers.

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

Jennifer M LPL Creations (Luisano Prato and her team of artists) is where BEADS meet fresh-water PEARLS and GEMS and become FINE JEWLERY. A couple of months ago I took a broken string of beads to her to fix for me, but what she did was amazing! They ELEVATED the beads to include small pearls and silver beads, and were able to create a long necklace, choker-style necklace and two earrings from what I took to them. I liked their artistry so much, I took them a very plain strand of Malachite beads we bought in Africa, and they again ELEVATED them with silver beads and gemstones. Since then, Ive bought a gift for a friend, and a gift for hubby to give me for my birthday. Stop by....youll be amazed!!

Sierra Hadik HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.
