Charlene and Dawn have both been great. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. They also back up their products with great service. I would recommend them both!

Ed Rozy I needed three small stones taken out of a bracelet that I was giving to my wife from my Moms estate; and the jeweler/owner took care of me on the spot. I could not be happier. MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!
