Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Thank you guys for all the help and making sure that I would be happy with my alternative. I will be making more future purchases with you!

Heather Packert The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!

Ray Van Blarcom Went in to have the crystal on my watch put back on. They put it back on in less than 20 minutes, cleaned and polished the watch and made it look like new. Fast, friendly, courteous and absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Cole Harper Brought my gold chain in to have the clasp fixed and they did an excellent job. Fair pricing, honest work, and the kind of people you can tell have been around forever. I’ve never had an issue getting my things back — always done in a prompt and professional manner. Great service and trustworthy folks. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Tina Ruiz I had purchased a similar bracelet elsewhere, but I returned it because it didn’t seem to be of good quality. I LOVE this bracelet!!! I put it on, and wore it all day with no issues! It is well made and sturdy for daily wear!

Jennifer Russo I walked in looking for the seashell ring and was disappointed that they sold out even online but Maria at this store found me one and i was so happy and thanked her a million times. She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.
