5 /5 Aisha Flambert: The service at Circa was absolutely AMAZING! First of all, Ornella Beresi was the buyer we met with and she was awesome! The private setting makes the experience all that much better, we exchanged in a cordial and honest manner and Ornella made this whole process very smooth and pleasant. The offer was about what we expected, give or take and we were also given an extra timeline to accept. I was honestly amazed at the quality of the service at Circa and will definitely come back to Ornella in the near future. Thank you for providing such great service and really hope to do business with you again!

1 /5 Ozzie Lopez: Ok so here was my experience today with Circa in Sunny Isles.. Parking was difficult to find. When I finally parked on the second level dim lit parking lot and finally made it to the garage elevator carrying 15 K in watches, I proceeded to look for a sign indicating what office suite Circa was in. It did not appear in the directory. So I called the office and they stated that they were not in the directory because they rent an office in a Regis rent-a-office building.Literally a 10’ x 10’ office. I finally made it upstairs was greeted by receptionist that works at Regis, she called my sales rep Elizabeth. We then went to the small room to evaluate my watches. I brought 6 watches in total and 3 other watch buying companies had offered me between $13K-16K for all the watches. To my surprise Elizabeth, offered me a total of $900.00 for all 6 watches. I quickly packed up my watches explained what a waste of time it had been and also expressed that it was a rip off. BTW, Elizabeth’s attitude was snotty and not very customer service oriented. I highly recommend you don’t go to this difficult to fine establishment and look for some of the other reputable options in Miami with an established store front.
