Brad and Cindy Cochran My daughter and I took an inherited piece of jewelry she received from her grandmother to have redesigned into an engagement ring and wedding band. Laura was amazing to work with showing us ideas from the case and ideas my daughter came in with until we came up with exactly what my daughter wanted. From conception to design to finished product we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

love music Halsall Padilla My grandmother and mother shop at this jewelry store. I definitely became a customer to Ms. Santa’s shop. They have various selection of items they even do custom designs as well. They do have lay away plans available and are very convenient. Ms. Santa and her daughter are so sweet, kind, and are very knowledgeable about jewelry. And her husband and son are great at fixing any item that needs repairing. I broke my gold chain about 10 times last year and they were always patient with my crazy ass. But what I love about their jewelry selection is that I found some unique pieces that I have not seen anywhere else. I just finished purchasing my dream ring!!! It’s so cute and fancy. Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

Mike Magners Another fantastic experience due to David Rosado. My wife has been wanting a Cartier ballon blu for a while now and David has been putting up with us bugging him forever about it lol. Always treated us like family and never felt like a salesman.

Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!

Jaleh Siyan I got to this store often. One day I was at the store and received the best customer service from Tom and Bryce. Both were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist me. Last Saturday I was there again and Debi helped me a lot. Nobody could open my pandora bracelet except her and she taught me how to do it.

I have referenced many friends and family to him that love his work. He is honest, and dedicated to his work and most of all a friendly guy. Honestly, the best jeweler in town!
