Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care!
