From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted and asked “what brings you in today!?”. Richard is so great to work with. Ryan Hines Brought in a local ship wreck coin I was able to purchase from one of Mel fishers divers. I wanted to have the coin placed in a bezel so I could wear it. The entire crew there were very kind and professional. Randy was able to build a custom gold bezel that fit my coin perfectly (it is a oddly shaped coin). Price was great, turn around time was very fast, and he contacted me prior to it being complete to make sure I was happy with the entire lay out of the bezel. Highly recommended. I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value!
