Caitlin McLaughlin Bridal: I arrived alone for an appointment after having been to another Bridal store (where my experience was underwhelming and just bleh). I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!

Kerry We decided to sell our gold and silver items here after reading numerous positive reviews for Nicole, the manager of the Sanford location. Upon meeting and dealing with her I can see why she garnered such rave reviews! She is professional, personable and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she worked. She was so great we returned 3x in two days! Boss please give this wonderful woman a raise ! She is a large part of the success of your business!

Alyiah Stephens 10/10 highly recommended!!! I came in looking for a Cuban necklace for my birthday walked out with exactly what I wanted!! He was amazing and found me a perfect match in my price range. I will be back to get me a bracelet to match.

Lilianna Gekhtin Amazing product and absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a bracelet for my husband and it needed a repair. We went to the store and within 5 min, they completely replaced it since it was bought 11 months ago. You hardly see a service like that these days.

Carmen Kidder I googled this place and called and I got the nicest man. I asked they buy jewelry and told me to come on in. As soon as I walked I felt comfortable. I sold a few pieces of jewelry and he worked with me and gave me a reasonable offer but most of all they made my experience unforgettable. We talked about all kinds of things. Everyone in this place is professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back soon for my Rolex.

Alex Inman I was wanting to upgrade my wife’s 10 year old engagement ring and the team at Lane Jewelers not helped us with design but did it fast! Not only did they do a great job, they treated her ring like it was their own. I really appreciated that attention to detail. Highly recommend for ring repairs and upgrades!
