Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings
