Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

Lindsay Morris Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!

My husband bought a one of a kind tennis bracelet from Robert’s that I loved so much I went in to talk to them about redesigning a ring that had been reset by another jewelry that we bought it from multiple times and was still giving me trouble. Ashley Rhodes My sister and I came in yesterday for me to get some permanent jewelry for my birthday. We had THE BEST experience! I’ve never been treated so well. A family owned mom and pop place. We were greeted with friendly smiles and told we could take out any of the chains we wanted to try on. They even offered us drinks during our stay. Prices are great! I will come back every time I come to PCB. Might even go back before I leave. My sister isn’t a jewelry person so she didn’t get anything, but after we left she was even raving about how kind the owners were and how much fun she had. Ladies this is the only place for permanent jewelry in PCB.
