1 /5 Tom: Stay away from this terrible owner. He’s extremely rude and can’t communicate. I have bought 3 pieces of gold and needed a few repairs. Every time I go he’s not there and the last time I called before I go so he texted me this “After 12.30 we take 30minuts lunch time” so I went at 12:45 and rang the doorbell with no answer. Then at 1:00 he opened and said “ you don’t understand when I say After 12:30? So I said it’s after 12:30 so he goes you can’t do math? I take lunch and I own the place I can take it whenever I want” I was in shock and I said you said come after 12:30 at this time he got so mad at me and said NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND and I’m not working for you!!! He said that I negotiated a repair price with him before so he’s angry at me! And he kicked me out of the store. I felt he was about to get physical. I understand he doesn’t speak English well and he obviously can’t text but I can’t explain how a jewelry store owner can be extremely rude like this. Stay away. You’ve been warned. There is many bad reviews about this person.
