MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
