From picking the type and grade of diamond to the custom made artistry, they simply outdo everyone around. The care and concern also is seen by the way they treat you as an individual. To say that I’m happy with the product that they made would be an understatement. I have shown the custom-made ring to five friends, they all want it, but being custom is the key! There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. Lori Fallon McGlynn Myself and my husband have been return customers at Lovejoy for approximately the last 10 years. Ace, the owner, has done a remarkable job at always trying to please his customers with all of the stunning items that he sells at his fine store. With that being said I purchased a Pre Owned Presidential Rolex watch there for my husband that was in like new condition. It also had a 2 year warranty left from having recently been serviced by Rolex. Ace is a wonderful owner and thoroughly enjoys his fabulous store & customers as well! His store is filled with wonderful Jewlery and gorgeous Antiques as well. We have sent many of our friends there who have also purchased a Rolex watches and jewelry as well. If youre ever in Naples please make sure that you take a trip down 5th Avenue and make a visit to Lovejoys. Trust me you will definitely not be disappointed one single bit. Another thing Id like to say is that Ace is among one of the most trustworthy owners of a store like his. We are forever grateful to Ace for always being there for us either to make a purchase or else get our jewelry fixed or our watches serviced. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Karë Galloway We went in here today asking to have my engagement ring cleaned. We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. Well definitely be back for any future jewelry and cleaning needs! Thank you so much!
