5 /5 Paige Dirscherl: I love that Kay’s lets us trade in our previously purchased jewelry for an exchange. I went to exchange a wedding band to get a new engagement ring from my husband for Valentine’s Day, and had THE BEST experience working with China! Not only was she so incredibly sweet, but she was patient and attentive to all the asks and needs I had! I will always go back and work with her! She made my day, and I am so in love with my new engagement ring! Thank you china, and Kay jewelers!

5 /5 Jonathan Deleon: Kristi and Chynna are literally heaven sent!! They work so well together and made our experience at Kay Jewelers beyond special!! We had arrived a little bit before they closed and they even stayed after and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated! Chynna made sure my future fiancé felt special and made sure that we found the perfect ring for her! She went above and beyond and did anything she could to help us! Kristi was just as amazing!! Her knowledge of rings and cuts blew us away! She was very sweet and compassionate and helped me with the finances of the ring! We felt so comfortable and valued and did not stop smiling the entire time we there!! I can not thank Kristi or Chynna enough! They made this so special for us!

5 /5 Dawn S: Sherry, the manager, assisted me in creating a custom bangle bracelet for a 50th wedding anniversary present for my parents. It has a three stone (past, present and future between two ruby hearts). We selected loose diamonds, designed bracelet from scratch and a sketch. The interaction with Sherry was fabulous, the piece is gorgeous and better than I could have dreamed. Thank you

2 /5 April Loken: Never have I ever felt so small. My experience was much like the shopping experience in Pretty Woman. Shirley (?) did not great me with a smile nor treat me well at all. I had to wait for her to finally come over (she was not helping anyone). I asked for one Kay ring to be cleaned and one to be sized. She was not happy about that. I ignored it and told her I was be by the sapphires. She came over to size my ring and told me there would be a cost. I told her my husband just got me this and he made sure to get the lifetime warranty that included sizing. She said, “I doubt it. Did he pay for the extra metal?” What? I called him in the store, he told her that he paid for everything! She then disappeared again. She came back and “found it” and turns out it is covered. She then showed me a ring that I wanted and I leaned on the glass. She cleaned it before helping me with the ring! I got the ring and wanted it sized so she got the warranty and huh. No extra metal warranty. Another employee complimented my skirt. When asked where I got it I told her a boutique in Wisconsin. Shirley than said “I doubt you’ll ever be at a festival or flea market in Wisconsin.” I said nothing of the sort. She was terribly rude! Treated me as if I was gum on the bottom of her shoe. Customer service is not the line of business for her…

5 /5 Leonard Stallings: Kristi & Sherry were Beyond spunky. they had the best personalities ever! they fell short with not having the product but I would have bought from them in a minute. Great service and very helpful !
