Essence Lopez I wanted to replace a pave cluster with a single diamond. I already owned the ring and I bought the loose diamond elsewhere. After contacting a lawyer and waiting for him to respond for over two weeks, I reached out to this jeweler. They were able to do exactly what I needed. They were expeditious. And I paid half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with their services and plan to use them in the future.

Alane Elizabeth Jax Jewelers House did an amazing job with my wedding band! My engagement ring was a unique shape and I also had a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring I wanted to include. Amir and Rahin came up with such a special design that made the pieces look fantastic together. On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully. Jerry Stout Have had several watch batteries replaced here. Courteous and efficient. When one of my watches did not work correctly, they put another battery in, even though the battery showed it was fine. Nice selection of Jewelry too. Plus as an added bonus they work on antique clocks and watches.

They were nice and friendly family owed company. I felt welcomed coming to their business. Got it fixed very fast, A+ pricing and cleaned. Looks like a brand new set and my hand doesnt feel naked. Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.
