He is friendly, reliable and warm with his customers. He also explained what he was doing with the jewelry as he was doing it which was entertaining. He fixed one of my items right when I walked in and the other item only took a couple hours. Then he cleaned both items and they both look incredible, like new! Photos don’t do the jewelry justice! Highly recommend Paul for any jewelry repairs and beyond.

We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!

Regarding negative reviews re. supposed no-shows: you choose a time from their online calendar, then receive email & text acknowledgment of your request which lets you know your request is being reviewed and to wait for confirmation of appointment.
