Jennifer Stephens Will and Bill are truly amazing people. I needed to have jewelry piece appraised within 48 hours and they stepped up and got it done. They also looked at all the jewelry I had and told me which I didnt need to bother with an appraisal for insurance, which saved me money. It is rare these days to find honest people who are wanting to help their community! I will definitely refer family and friends to them. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Amy Grossman I stopped in to get my bracelet repaired and was so happy with my experience! They quickly fixed it while I waited. Plus they cleaned it and checked it out too, making sure the diamonds/settings were strong. I thought I’d have to go back in a few weeks to pick it up, so I was pleasantly surprised I could get it so fast. The price was also much lower than I expected, so reasonable! I will definitely go back again for all my jewelry needs.

Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. Zarina Vazquez My urn necklace with my Grandpa inside broke a few months back & Ive been afraid to take it to get repaired because it’s so special to me & i didn’t want it to be damaged beyond repair. But the other day I finally decided to take it in & I found Lemieux, Augustus & Jessica were very kind & Augustus was able to fix my necklace & cleaned it for me free of charge! I can’t express enough how much this means to me. I am eternally grateful to them for giving me my grandpa back around my neck. Thank you both 100000x!!!!
