Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.

Rob Abruzzese Chris was great, he spent a lot of time with me giving me best prices possible. Rest of crew seemed very friendly and knowledgeable . I noticed many who looked like regular customers and they were all greeted by name and seemed happy to do business with them…

Thomas Atkinson Bay Hill has a world-class team at all their locations. Stacey and the team treated me with utmost care and made me feel super comfortable during the nerve-racking process of ring shopping. I gave Stacey some inspiration images and she showed me 3 specially selected diamonds/bands. The result was absolutely stunning! We will no doubt be going back here for anniversaries, etc.
