Took in two watches for repair (one for battery replacement, the other for link removal from band) and both were done on the spot and completed in less than 20 minutes. Erika Thibeau Lydia and the staff at Piercing Pagoda were absolutely amazing! My daughter who is 4 decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Lydia was so sweet, professional, personable, and I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely great with small children. She explained everything she was going to do and even let her draw on her glove before putting the marks on her ears. Yes, she cried a little bit but a lollipop and a new set of earrings instantly stopped the tears. Thank you so much for making this memory a delightful one. Highly recommend.

They shine better than they ever have. The owners Lou and Sam are the best so friendly and knowledgeable have been in the business for a long time. If you are looking to have anything fixed, or new, or need something cute for your pup you will find it here. Can’t say enough good about them.

jimandkarin I brought over 250 pieces of costume and gold jewelry for review. Gabriel went through the whole lot and paid a fair value. I would have preferred a detailed account of which pieces were 10k, 14k and 18k since the value is based on gold content.

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!
