I went with a white gold halo setting with a oval-cut center diamond, and it’s absolutely stunning in person—super sparkly, very elegant, and it looks even better than the photos. Christina and Miriam at the store were really helpful, detailed, and patient. Miriam helped me to find just the ring I was looking for. Christina explained every detail to me from the quality of the ring to the purchase details. I didn’t have many questions, but they took the time to explain the differences in clarity, cut, and carat without ever being pushy. I ended up finding the perfect ring within an hour and the quality is obvious. My fiancée loves it so much! I was even able to have it resized, and they did it extremely quickly, and for free! Overall, great quality, fair pricing for the value, and top-notch customer service. Would 100% recommend Reed’s for anyone shopping for an engagement ring.

We went to three other jewelers earlier in the day but none of them came close to the genuine, caring effort we received with Mariam! She gave us important knowledge of the four Cs (which we didnt learn in-depth about at the other stores) which was a huge help in learning what to look for in your investment. She was genuinely so helpful from start to finish, extremely patient and ensured every question didnt go unanswered as she made our experience feel warm and welcoming.
