1 /5 Fallin Turner: I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

1 /5 carolyn rice: Bought a ring. Stone fell out within 3 days. I wanted to wear it over the holidays. By the time I took it back another stone had fallen out. They were going to charge me $40 and it would take a month. Big mistake. Should’ve read the reviews first.

1 /5 C Castillo: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews. Pretty big red flag when you have more than one person saying this place is horrible and has a habit of saying one thing when you purchase and then they say another when youre trying to come to them bc the item you purchased broke or something. My unfortunate experience is that my husband bought me a pair of earrings and a necklace. He was told if he ever had an issue or something broke, they would fix it at no charge! Didnt even have my earrings for a week and the clasp broke. Fast forward to a week or so after, I went and asked them about my earrings and all of a sudden theres a charge of $35. I called my husband and he said thats not what they told him. My husband wanted me to wait until he was around bc maybe (giving them the benefit of the doubt) they didnt remember. So my husband and I went back today and the guy was not only being a complete jerk and denying thats what was said/promised to my husband but now he said he never quoted me a fee of $35. Now they were saying that they have to send it out and only then will that help them "figure out" the exact cost. Complete scammers and B.S.!!!! If you do end up buying here get everything they promise you in writing! Horrible customer service! Horrible policies and procedures! Their products break easily and often! They are low grade/cheap quality and overpriced!

1 /5 Kimberly McBroom: CJ explained the layaway process to me one Saturday and 2 Saturdays later he flipped the script when I told him and showed him that I bought a very similar bangle bracelet for a SIGNIFICANTLY less price elsewhere and therefore wanted to cancel the layaway and use the $100 as store credit. He sent me away saying he needs to talk to his jeweler so come back in a week. I will give him that 1 week but irregardless of what his jeweler says Im not leaving Royal Jewelers until I am completely satisfied... I will keep yall updated!
