1 /5 Kara Pehrson: Bought a 3 piece toe ring set for 20 dollars, I tried it on in the mall and it instantly broke. I went back to return it and they guy wouldnt refund me.

1 /5 Sophia: This place had terrible service. I was with my friends and saw this store with a lot of jewelry so we decided to go inside. This lady with big glasses around 1:45 came up to us and was immediately all over us our whole time shopping. She got very close to our faces asking us all sorts of bogus questions just so she could be near us. She later came up right behind one of my friends and accused her of stealing after following us around for a good 15 minutes. She was even going to buy this necklace but after all the disrespect from the girl working she put it back and we began to walk out. We didn’t want to be around this rude women anymore when all of a sudden the lady jumps up from behind the counter WHILE in the middle of a transaction and starts running to us to get one final statement in saying “u sure u don’t want anything” in a very hostile way. This was harassment at its finest. We will not be back.

1 /5 Alicia: Horrible business. Goods not as advertised and nothing is discounted. Paid $179.68 for costume jewelry for my daughters prom which I tried to return immediately. Cashier did not speak a word of English and we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive at the store. The manager was to issue a full refund but charged me for a second time 179.68 before returning the original 179.68. I walked away with not one piece of jewelry and they took 179.68 from me. My bank will be handling this FRAUD!

1 /5 Savannah Hencz: I walked in today at around 1:30 and was greeted by a worker. She was nice when we first walked in but quickly she became hostile and very unprofessional. I didn’t catch her name because I was so uncomfortable I wanted to get out of the situation as fast as possible. I was shopping for a gift for my friend and I was talking to my other friends about what I was gonna buy. I had a necklace in my hand walking around the store searching for more. I was talking to my friend about another earring set when the employee came up to me very closely and interrupted our conversation saying that we were talking about stealing. We were all confused and just thought if we kept shopping the accusing would stop. Sadly, this encounter was horrible and very traumatic especially as a first time customer. While we were walking out she made it a priority to stop assisting a customer at the cash register and run to the front of the store to yell at us to stop and to make sure we were done shopping. We were confused because she was harassing us the whole time so we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I normally wouldn’t write a review because maybe she was having a off day or something. However this encounter was very uncomfortable and although there were other customers in the store, she made it her mission to target 3 girls just trying to have fun while shopping. I’m very sad this happened and will not be returning to this store EVER again.

1 /5 Lexi: If I could give a zero out of five I would. We walked in around 1:30pm today and were greeted by a slightly taller woman with very thick glasses. She was nice at first and offered each of us small bags to put things into, but things quickly went sideways. We were just looking for some gifts for friends when she kept approaching us and getting very close, asking us if we were calling for help when we were not. We then moved to a different part of the store and were looking at some rings when she approached again and was practically peering over us and said, “what was that? You said stealing? You guys talking about stealing right?” At this point we are all very uncomfortable. Like huh??? We at this point decided to put back the things we considered purchasing and leave. As we were leaving she literally sped walked/ jogged after us in the middle of her helping another customer and shouted, “girls wait!” We stopped (we shouldn’t have stopped) and she then said “are you sure you guys don’t want anything? You don’t want to buy anything?” We said no and just left. Honestly this encounter was just so wild to me that I didn’t even want to go back and get her name. Not to mention the weird looks she was staring us down with the entire time we were inside. Please don’t go to this location if this woman is working unless you want to get pestered, accused, and chased after.
