1 /5 Giselle Ledezma: I was shopping for a new ring with my niece (8years old). A sales associate was rude that made me leave without purchasing anything. My niece was very excited to open her new toy, and she dropped the receipt on the floor among with a small paper from the gift. The sales associate rudely told my niece to not be throwing trash on the floor. Although I don’t condone my nieces actions and I did ask my niece to pick up the trash, the sales associate could’ve been nicer in this situation and kindly asked my niece to pick up the trash.

1 /5 Meg Washburn: Very disappointed. Came in about a few days ago and was helped by an employee of the name i believe leydi. The moment I walked in I was ignored. No recognition of me in the building nor any ask for help. I was coming in to get an anniversary present but sadly left extremely disappointed. This employee was very rude, unprofessional, and nasty towards me. I asked for help regarding length of a specific necklace and was given a big attitude. There were no other people in the store besides one other person who was being checked out by another employee. I felt as I was a huge bother coming to this store when all I wanted was a gift for my wife who with our anniversary, just gave birth to our beautiful son. Never coming back to this location. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

1 /5 Cindy: I went into the store to get my finger sized and the associate, Leydi, was completely unprofessional. She claimed that they do not check for sizes and I asked why. She claimed it was because they do not have the right equipment. Then, I see another associate sizing another customer with no problem. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get sized. I felt the whole ordeal was wrong. I’ve been shopping here for a while and I’ve never had a problem with any associate but her. I will only shop when she is not there as she clearly does not care for my business.

1 /5 charlene towe: I went to go get something special for my daughter.It was me and my two daughters and walked in no one acknowledged us at all.we proceeded to walk around and looking at different jewelry in the cases I even went to the table and a tall white male looked at me and still said nothing.everyone’s was with customers but they knew we was there and didn’t say we will be you in one moment or anything.This was going to be my first experience and purchase and I just told my daughters let’s go I didn’t want to spend any money there and was very disappointed with the customer service .

She is very good at her job-kind, friendly, and helpful. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. On this occasion, we had an incredible experience thanks to her
