They are upfront, honest, and make the entire process smooth and comfortable. Beyond that, I’ve also used their jewelry repair and cleaning services, and the results have been outstanding every single time. My pieces come back looking brand new, and their attention to detail is impressive. What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They clearly love what they do and care about their customers. 5 /5 Gail Robinson: I was looking for an attractive watch, maybe with crystal accents, that I could easily see the hands. They ordered a couple from the Seiko catalog that I thought looked nice. However, in person the watches were not what I was looking for. The watchmaker offered instead to replace the hands on my current watch. Great service, easy people to work with, customer centered. My watch with new hands looks great!!

They gave my fiance 3D models step by step as they were creating my one of a kind ring and had great communication during that design process. When we went to pick out my wedding band together, they were super helpful. The band arrived quickly and every single interaction weve had with any staff member has been positive.
