Edgardo Diaz Exceeded all my expectations. This watch didn’t work for two years due to corrosion from water damage and it was yellow when I took it to the store. Jason took his time repairing and restoring the watch to it’s original form. His attention to detail is top-notch. I highly recommend his services.

Darci Carlton Lauren Sigman is my absolute favorite jeweler and jewelry store! Not only is she a fabulous human being, she is so incredibly creative! She has helped me reimagine many old pieces in my collection and has turned them into fabulous current, unique masterpieces! She has such vision and style. I love everything she has created for me! AND there isn’t a single visit to her shop where I didn’t walk out with something fun and fab from her retail collection! There is no such thing as stopping by for a few minutes, a visit to the store turns into the perfect shopping afternoon and I never leave empty handed! Run, don’t walk!

B Victory Wandered in here on our vacation. Lots of awesome crystals and things, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were just browsing, but one of the workers struck up conversation with us while I was looking at the animal carvings. I found a nice tigers eye cat, and that was going to be it for me I thought it was the only cat. The gentleman chatting with us ended up going on a grand hunt with me and found me a malachite cat as well, and then I happened upon a lion carving which he showed me its fluorescent when exposed to blacklight. I purchased all three. I really enjoyed our experience at this store, and I wish I would have gotten the mans name, he was awesome and deserved recognition for taking the time to be so helpful. Usually when we go into a store like this, were ignored. Was not my experience, here. Very helpful staff and the guy working 6/17 deserves a raise!

I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. My Mom passed away in January so I went in with three different diamond rings that I wanted combined into one. One engagement ring belonged to my Mom and the other engagement ring and wedding band were mine. Not an easy design task, but Greg Nash was up for the challenge. His skill, creativity and expertise are second to none and my every wish was accomplished. We picked up my ring today and we are beyond thrilled.
