Tatiana Jaacks Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! Mr. T Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!

They treat you like family. The last big purchase I made here, I wanted a specific type of paperclip chain necklace, that they didn’t have in store so she special ordered it for me, and sold it to me at an amazing price. Money well spent here! Great prices and fast service on repairs and custom work too (I had an old yellow gold ring melted down and made into two separate small rings and they did it at a fraction of the price other places wanted and in a fraction of the time)! Love this place, would give it more stars if I could.

Myra If you need repairs or custom jewelry this is the place to go to . Lidia was so sweet and knowledgeable. Shes been in business for about 50 years I believe (dont quote me on that). But she let us know shes professionally been in the jewelry business since she was 17 years old. Such a hidden gem inside The Mantle. I fell in love with a couple of pieces of hers and will definitely come back. We didnt buy anything but struck a great conversation with her. She was so insightful and such a great energy she carries. I love supporting local business and have always wanted a custom made engagement ring. My bf and I looked around and I tried a couple. I gave my bf some ideas to what I like. We didnt even plan to go ring shopping but while my bf was talking with the other lady in the front I struck a conversion with Lidia and we bonded over our love for simple and timeless jewelry. I took her card and I know I will one day have a beautiful ring curated by her for sure. She dedicates her time to creating such magical pieces of jewelry and you can tell its her passion . It is very well priced for the amount of time and work she puts into it. Every piece tells a story. Highly recommend them!
