Karë Galloway We went in here today asking to have my engagement ring cleaned. We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. Well definitely be back for any future jewelry and cleaning needs! Thank you so much!

Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. I loved Mandys personality and she was very friendly and talkative. She helped us figure out within our budget and let us see many options and wanted to go ahead and clean my ring while I was there. Jos Voltage Bar at The Florida Mall – 10/10 Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Voltage Bar, and everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process.
