Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Plus a beautiful gold band for the other child. Christine & her Mom (original owner for 40 yrs) helped put on the beautiful Jade. It was a perfect gift of love for both my girls that they can treasure forever. I definitely recommend this store and trust in their quality jewelry. Next year, I will get my Badge necklace for me and a nice bracelet for my grandson. I also got my rings cleaned and the store hours.
