Katheryne Chester I highly recommend this jewelry store. I brought in 3 watches to be cleaned and serviced. I was figuring it would take at least 3-4 days. I was shocked when all 3 were ready within 24 hours. Batteries replaced and completely cleaned and buffed out. They are super friendly and family owned. I believe in supporting local small businesses and Beryl & Co has gained my trust and future business.

M G As soon as you walk by your eyes are pulled to the exceptionally sparkling display cases! Wow! This shop provides an amazing selection of gorgeous jewelry that I have not found anywhere else. My last three purchases have been from here due to the outstanding stone quality and uniqueness of each piece, which makes for a very special gift. The owners, Aurthor and Diana, could not be more welcoming. They provide a warm environment with expert knowledge. You can really trust that your purchase is exactly what you want and what you will receive. The experience here is so much better than the larger corporate jewelry stores where you feel like the person working with you is trying to sell you a used care under high pressure. 10/10

wayne norris I cannot speak for it about any of these other reviews. I came into a bind and took some gold to sell. The price was fair and it was an easy transaction with cash in hand. I decided to work out a consignment deal WITH A HANDSHAKE on 2 other watches I had. After a month, neither watch had sold so I went to pick one up. I received that watch with zero issues and it was right in the case. The second watch I was told was at his jewelry maker getting a battery (common for stores not to be able to replace batteries on higher end pieces on the spot) and told me to give him a week. I have him the week and when I called he said a guy came in and out it in layaway. He asked for another week or so to get the payment and he’d would give me our agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, 2 days later, we all went on a stay at home order. Alex asked me to hold off until it was over and I very hesitantly did. Come time for the order to be lifted I called and Alex told me I could pick the money up Thursday. I tried to call on Wednesday to confirm and he did not answer. I spoke to his sister and I grew even more skeptical. She asked me to call the following day as he was gone for the day and reassured me I wasn’t be taken for a ride. Come Thursday I called and Alex was with customers. His sister once again spoke to me and told me to come in on Friday and she would see to it the Money was there and waiting. I went in today (Friday ) and sure enough, they were extremely polite (regardless of my skepticism) and there was an envelope with the cash in it waiting on me. I can say I now know Alex was just busy and not playing games. I will be returning with a few more time pieces I wouldn’t mind displaying for sale. As for the phone, number , his cell phone is what is listed on google. Be sure to get a business card and the store number is in it.

Kim Friedman My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage. I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary for 30+ years!
