Emma Cordrey I’ve been to Rowan twice now, four piercings there total, and my experience has always been so great. Stefanie was my nurse both times and she is incredible! She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Stefanie and the rest of the staff at Rowan are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to her for more piercings!

I can’t believe this shop isn’t talked about more, I think because it’s at the end of the street people tend not to know about this little gem. You can find the perfect jewelry, bags, or clothes as a gift for someone or for yourself. It’s worth it to check out!

B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. Chris Graybosch Went to the Altamonte store to get warranty work for my wedding band. A diamond fell out and I hadn’t been back to the store in many years. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.
